|Recommended: YesGood For The Price — It's a kid friendly neighborhood and the prices are good however, there are a few things about the apartments which are reflected by it's low prices. For example, no lights in the closets, no outlets in the bathroom and the stove is inconsistent with it's heat. The staff are friendly but unable to help with the few issues. The maintenance staff is also really friendly but most of their work is band-aids. The issues aren't huge but add to a bit of comfort that you may be willing to pay for at other complexes. I love that all the apartments are on one floor and that we have back porches
