|Recommended: YesNot Bad For The Price.... — Overall, not a bad place to live for the cost. Initially very quiet but it seems of late the new neighbors are a bit loud music, cookouts, etc . Seems as if the qualifications may have been loosened just a bit.
Maintenance is very responsive, mostly and never any major issues with office personnel. Newly added payment portal has made paying rent and submitting requests much better

|Recommended: YesComfortable — I really like living here. Just wish that others would put their trash inside the trash can and not on the side. Too much work for the grounds man. There is a compact button. It’s not there for looks.
