|Recommended: YesAugust 31, 2022 — Visitors seem to have no designated area to park. Parking spaces are not assigned.
The environment is generally quiet, except for when children are at play.
The grounds are generally well kept, however the valet trash system seem to be unreliable. I've been living here for just about one month and I only had that service twice thrice.
The apartment is generally good as it relates to construction. However, having moved in, was scheduled for a routine extermination but none has been done and it has been almost 1 month since.
The property staff is generally welcoming and courteous.
